One of Scaida’s key features is its ability to prioritize critical cases, ensuring that radiologists are able to focus their time and attention on the most urgent cases. Additionally, the platform offers a range of templates that can be used to

automatically populate reports, helping radiologists generate high-quality reports quickly and easily.

Scaida is a cloud-based SaaS platform, which means that it can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection. This makes It ideal for use in hospitals and clinics where radiologists may need to work remotely.

Furthermore, Scaida offers migration services to help clinics and hospitals transition from their current on-site software to the cloud-based platform while maintaining clinical history.

For hospitals, imaging centers, and radiologists seeking to transition their workflow to the cloud

Scaida Flow is a cloud-based platform, that ensures accessibility from any location with an internet connection. This feature is particularly advantageous in hospitals and clinics where radiologists may need to work remotely.

Additionally, Scaida Flow offers migration services to assist clinics and hospitals in transitioning from their current on-site data storage to the cloud-based platform while preserving clinical history.

Scaida Flow is an innovative diagnostic platform designed explicitly for radiologists, offering a comprehensive suite of features to streamline case management, facilitate automatic report generation, and reduce the burden of diagnostics.

While Scaida Flow shares many features with Scaida, it distinguishes itself by excluding the AI module. Nevertheless, it still provides the tools to help radiologists prioritize cases effectively. The platform offers a range of templates that can be used to Auto-populate reports, enabling radiologists to generate high-quality reports more efficiently and effortlessly.

Understanding Workflow

Capabilities

Scaida serves as a Hospital Information System (HIS) that integrates Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) and Radiologists Information System (RIS) functionalities. This all-encompassing solution streamlines the entire diagnostic workflow, enabling radiologists to manage their practices efficiently and deliver high-quality patient care.

Manage Patient Data

Manages the patient
demographics and
communications channels.

Manage Requisitions

Allows for entry of the requisition data into the system and the mapping of this to an invoice and procedure(s).

Manage Pricing & Invoicing

Calculates the price and generates an invoice (payment currently to be performed by a 3rd party process), allowing for set prices and discretionary discounts.

Manage MWL

Manages an MWL, which the client’s OEM Equipment can connect to (DIMSE, DICOM Web) and gather pending procedures.

DIMSE endpoint for OEM Equipment

Provides a DIMSE endpoint to accept DICOM images, will match the received image to a patient, or if the patient is missing will create the relevant records.

DICOM Image Management

Provides a DICOM Web-enabled server to store the images and associated artifacts, this will also manage the work lists.

Advanced AI Analysis of DICOM Images

Provides a workflow that integrates with the DICOM server to perform an analysis of the received studies. The results from the analysis are shown on the UI.

Radiologist Report Management

Uses pre-built templates matched to the procedure to provide a skeleton report. The radiologist (or transcriber) can update this report to reflect the observations and impressions, then upload it for storage within Scaida.
