Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at mlHealth 360, you will do more than source and interview; you will be the architect of our talent acquisition engine. We are looking for an intermediate professional who can design end-to-end recruitment strategies and curate a high-performance tech stack (ATS, CRM, and Sourcing tools) to scale our engineering teams in Vancouver and India.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Strategy Design: Partner with leadership to build a 12-month hiring roadmap. This includes defining “what good looks like” for roles, setting diversity benchmarks, and establishing interview loops that prioritize candidate quality over volume.
  • Tooling & Systems Selection: Audit, select, and implement our recruitment tech stack. You will evaluate and manage tools such as modern ATS (Ashby, Greenhouse), AI-sourcing engines (Juicebox/PeopleGPT, SeekOut), and technical assessment platforms (CoderPad, Karat).
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine the candidate journey to reduce friction. You will use data (Time-to-Hire, Pass-through rates) to identify bottlenecks and automate manual workflows like scheduling and initial screening.
  • Full-Cycle Execution: Hands-on management of the recruiting funnel for engineering and product roles, from initial sourcing to complex offer negotiations.
  • Market Mapping: Conduct deep research on the Vancouver talent pools to identify where our competitors are hiring and where untapped talent “nodes” exist.

Qualifications

  • Systems Thinker: Demonstrated experience implementing or migrating an ATS/CRM or introducing new sourcing/automation tools into a workflow.
  • Data Literacy: Ability to build and present recruiting dashboards that translate “hiring activity” into business-impact metrics.
  • Tech Savvy: Deep familiarity with the 2026 landscape of AI-powered recruiting tools and how to use them ethically and effectively.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to influence hiring managers on process changes and “sell” the company’s vision to high-demand talent.
